The Company’s Associate Field Biologist Has Been With The Company For The Past Six Years And Was With Another Consulting Firm Prior To That. He Heads Up Field Surveys, Including Wetland Delineations And Animal, Bird And Plant Surveys. He Writes Technical Reports, Meets With Clients And Interacts With Agency Staff. The Assistant Field Biologist Conducts Field Surveys, Including Wetland Delineations And Animal, Bird And Plant Surveys. She Writes Technical Reports And Interacts With Clients On A More Limited Basis Than The Associate. She Also Assists The Associate And Owner On Larger Projects.
Staff Is Experienced In Identifying Endangered, Threatened, Rare & Sensitive Plant & Animal Species. They Develop Plans For Creating & Enhancing Disturbed Areas & Overseeing & Monitoring All Phases Of Restoration Work. They Also Interact With Governmental Agencies (U.S. Army Corp Of Engineers, Regional Water Quality Control Boards, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Bureau Of Land Management, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Forest Service, Soil Conservation Service, California Department Of Fish & Game, & Other County & City Agencies.
